Open Heaven 5 November 2022 Memorise: I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works. Psalm 145:5
READ: Psalm 96:1-13 Open Heaven 5 November 2022
1 O sing unto the Lord a new song: sing unto the Lord, all the earth.
2 Sing unto the Lord, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day.
3 Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.
4 For the Lord is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods.
5 For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the Lord made the heavens.
6 Honour and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
7 Give unto the Lord, O ye kindreds of the people, give unto the Lord glory and strength.
8 Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts.
9 O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth.
10 Say among the heathen that the Lord reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.
11 Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof.
12 Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice
13 Before the Lord: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth.

BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Luke 21-22
MESSAGE: – Open Heaven 5 November 2022 Saturday Daily Devotional
If you want to see the glory of God, just look at nature, especially the sky. The heavens are like a showroom of His glory. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. – Psalm 19:1
In Psalm 24:8, David asked who is the King of glory and the answer came back that He is the Lord, strong and mighty. Psalm 29:3 says He is the God of glory. Psalm 138:5 says that great is the glory of the Lord. Up to today, people are still talking about Solomon’s wealth and the splendour and glory of His palace, but Solomon’s glory is like trash before that of God. As rich as Solomon was, he did not build roads using gold. In the city of my Daddy, pure, transparent gold is used as paving stones and the gates are made of pearls.
And the twelve gates were twelve pearls: every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass. – Revelation 21:21
Oh, my God is glorious! If your father were the richest man in the world, you would let people know that you are the son or daughter of so and so. Your Father in heaven is more glorious than anyone can imagine, so why do you keep quiet about Him? Perhaps you are one of those who get to certain circles and hide their faith. You act as if you are not a child of God in your office or at secular events. If your father were the richest man in the world, you would use your surname everywhere you go. You should be proud of your Daddy, telling everyone about Him everywhere you go. In fact, His glory should be radiating through you so much that anyone that sees you will know that you are a child of God.
Verse 3 of today’s Bible reading says you should declare God’s glory among the heathen, not just when you are in Church amongst Christians. Verse 10 says that you should tell the people that God reigns; He is the King of Kings and is coming to judge people righteously. Do you do these things?

Open Heaven 5 November 2022 Saturday Hymn
HYMN 9: I’ve A Massage From The Lord, Hallelujah!
1 I’ve a message from the Lord, Hallelujah!
The message unto you I’ll give.
’Tis recorded in His Word, Hallelujah!
It is only that you “look and live.”
Refrain:
“Look and live,” my brother, live.
Look to Jesus now and live.
’Tis recorded in His Word, Hallelujah!
It is only that you “look and live.”
2 I’ve a message full of love, Hallelujah!
A message, O my friend, for you.
’Tis a message from above, Hallelujah!
Jesus said it, and I know ’tis true.
3 Life is offered unto you. Hallelujah!
Eternal life your soul shall have
If you’ll only look to Him. Hallelujah!
Look to Jesus, who alone can save.
4 I will tell you how I came, Hallelujah!
To Jesus when He made me whole:
’Twas believing on His name, Hallelujah!
I trusted and He saved my soul.
